The website is operated by Institutet för Immaterialrätt och Marknadsrätt/Institute for Intellectual Property and Market Law (IFIM).

IFIM is a research institute based at Stockholm University.

If you wish to contact us, you may do so via email by clicking HERE and filling the form . We endeavour to respond to any email within 24 hours.

We do not collect personal data from our website’s visitors unless you contact us or register to attend any of our events.

In these instances we may collect the following personal data:

  • your name and email address;
  • your job title;
  • the firm and location where you work or study;
  • your address and any other details necessary for invoicing purposes;
  • any feedback, comments or suggestions about our courses.

Personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent when you contact us directly, and on the basis of our agreement when you purchase a ticket to attend any of our events.

We may process your personal data in order to respond to your queries, communicate further details about an event that you have booked, or share news and updates about any of our future events that we think you might be interested to attend.

Please let us know if you do not wish to be informed about our future events and we will remove you from our contact list immediately.

Your personal data will be shared only with the hosting venue of our events and administrative personnel at Stockholm University for invoicing purposes. We will not share your personal data with any other organization.

Your personal data will be held for no longer than six years from the date when you first contacted us.
