IFIM – Institute for Intellectual Property and Market Law at Stockholm University participated in the 2026 EIPIN Annual Conference and PhD Workshop hosted by Luiss University in Rome on 16–17 April 2026.
The event brought together leading scholars, researchers, and PhD candidates from across Europe to discuss current developments in intellectual property law, including AI regulation, sustainability, patents, trade secrets, copyright, and geopolitical tensions.
During the conference, Professor Frantzeska Papadopoulou Skarp contributed both as chair and speaker, presenting on inventorship, innovation, and national security. PhD candidate Måns Svennem Lundberg also presented his research project “Enforcing Fairness” during the EIPIN PhD Workshop.
